1. About MyZen

MyZen is a wellness platform operated by MYZEN (Sole Proprietorship) , India. The platform allows users to access guided wellness content and purchase memberships of partner fitness centres and services through the MyZen mobile application.

2. Role of MyZen

MyZen acts as an aggregator platform connecting users with independent fitness centres and wellness providers ("Partners"). MyZen does not directly provide physical fitness services. The responsibility of service delivery rests with the Partner selected by the user.

Payments made on MyZen are securely processed via Razorpay. By completing a payment, you agree to the pricing and validity of the selected membership or service.

5. Activation of Services

After successful payment, access to the purchased membership or digital content will be enabled within the MyZen app, typically instantly or within a few minutes.

6. Partner Services

Each Partner operates independently and defines their schedule, rules, and facility policies. Users must follow the rules of the selected fitness centre or service provider.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on this website.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyZen is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of partner fitness facilities or services. Users participate in wellness and fitness activities at their own discretion and risk.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
